Deposit: $500 refundable until 30 days before departure. 29-8 days before departure, your money stays with the Ranch for a one year credit at either facility and within 8 days, it is forfeited. This ultramodern sunlit spa is set within 60 acres amidst the Santa Catalina Mts. with 600 staff to teach you mind and spiritual fitness. Your day begins with morning walks in the canyons and foothills past saguaro cactus, wild sagebrush, the colors of the desert and the oasis on which the spa is built. Classes are all day and early evening; talks range from mind/body connections to fat burners, from how to deal with life changes to posture. For men , there are stress talks and plenty of activities--this is a lifestyle resort not a beauty spa unless that is what you choose from the huge menu of services. There are shopping trips to Nogales Mexico, hikes at 9,000 feet , visits to the excellent desert museum and toe nail polish in the newest California colors. Each guest receives a Canyon Ranch gift on departure. Included are airport pick ups, full use of the spa, all meals, classes, gratuities and taxes.
