- Day 1 - Depart U.S. for Bali.
- Day 2 - En Route: Cross the International Date Line and lose the balance of this day, which you'll regain on the trip home. Visa fee in Indonesia: There will be a charge of USD $25 for a (4-30 day) Visa upon arrival in Indonesia (please bring exact change). Passport must be valid 6 months beyond your return date.
- Day 3 - Bali: Arrive in beautiful, romantic Bali. Nicknamed "Island of the Gods" Bali is a tropical haven of volcanic mountains, lakes, rivers, terraced rice fields, palm groves and white sandy beaches. Bali's natural attractions include miles of sandy beaches, picturesque rice terraces, towering active volcanoes over 10,000 feet high, fast-flowing rivers, deep ravines, pristine crater lakes, sacred caves and lush tropical forests full of exotic wildlife. Upon arrival, proceed to baggage claim and after clearing customs you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax.
- Day 4 - Bali: After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a full day tour to get acquainted with magical Bali. You begin your foray into the Balinese culture with a fascinating Barong & Kris Dance performance at the village of Batubulan. Then visit Celuk, the world's gold and silver center; Mas, the village of woodcarving; Ubud, with its museum of Fine Arts; Tampaksiring, the site of sacred spring and bathing pools; Kintamani, one of Bali's popular tourist stops with its scenic view of the Batur Volcano and its lovely lake. On the way back to the hotel, you'll visit Pura Kehen, Bali's second largest Temple near Bangli. Lunch will be served at the Maharaja restaurant. (Breakfast, Lunch)
- Days 5 & 6 - Bali: Bali is the perfect place to relax. Or if you prefer to be more active, your local Club representative has a variety of optional tours you can select: from sailing and white water rafting adventures to cultural performances and temple tours. Our recommendation is the Water Temple, Monkey Forest & Tanah Lot Pagoda trip ($35). Or if you wish to return to Ubud for shopping, take the Artisan Village and Culture Heritage Tour ($25). - Day 7 - Bali/Singapore: Fly to Singapore, the dynamic city-state alive with the colorful cultures, traditions and cuisines of people from Asia and beyond who call the island home. Transfer to your hotel. (Breakfast)
- Day 8 - Singapore: This morning enjoy a guided Singapore sightseeing tour with visits to Chinatown, Thian Hock Kheng Temple, Mount Faber for an unforgettable scenic view of the city and neighboring islands, Little India and the lovely Botanic Gardens. During your stay, there are optional tours available including a visit to the award-winning Night Safari, a nocturnal zoo in a wild rainforest setting. You can also visit the impressive Singapore Art Museum. (Breakfast)
- Day 9 - Singapore/Bangkok: Arrive in Bangkok, the exotic capital city of Thailand. Nicknamed the "Land of Smiles", Thailand will enchant you with its friendly people and gracious hospitality. Bangkok, whose proper name is Krung Thep, "City of Angels", is situated on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Transfer to your hotel. We recommend making reservations with the hotel soon after you arrive for your included "Thailand Tonight" barbecue and Thai dinner to enjoy during your stay in Bangkok. (Breakfast)
- Day 10 - Bangkok: This morning join your guide for a Grand Palace Tour. The Grand Palace is one of the most beautiful examples of an ancient Siamese Court. It used to be the residence of the Kings of Bangkok. Here you will see palaces which were used for different occasions: the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House, and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple. In the afternoon, transfer to your comfortably converted rice barge for a leisurely trip along the large canals and onto the Menam Chao Phraya River. Enjoy drinks and typical Thai fruits and snacks on board as you sail into the late afternoon. (Breakfast)
- Days 11 & 12 - Bangkok: Spend the next two days at leisure. There is much to explore in Bangkok. You might visit the famed National Museum with over 1000 artifacts from Neolithic times to present day Bangkok, or one of the many Buddhist Temples in the area. Make sure to see Wat Pho, Bangkok's largest and oldest temple that houses the giant gold-plated Reclining Buddha. You can also select an optional excursion to see the magnificent ancient ruins of Ayutthaya. (Breakfast) We suggest the optional excursion to see the magnificent ancient ruins of Ayutthaya the ancient capital of Thailand; you go one way by boat up the river and return by bus ($67p/p). For a serious splurge, we recommend the gourmet Salarimnan Dinner and Show at the Classic Oriental Hotel ($105p/p).
- Day 13 - Bangkok/Hong Kong: After breakfast fly to Hong Kong, the glamorous port city of luxurious hotels, exciting shopping, nightlife, exquisite dining and excellent sightseeing. This former British colony is currently a Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China and will officially rejoin China in 2047. The city is an exciting fusion of Chinese culture, global business, natural beauty and engaging people. Transfer to your hotel. Harbor City is Hong Kong's largest and most popular shopping center. The two million square-foot shopping mall has over 700 shops and boutiques featuring everything from daily essentials and gourmet foods to precious jewelry; restaurants, cinemas, apartments and office towers. (Breakfast)
- Day 14 - Hong Kong: After breakfast start your Hong Kong guided tour with a visit to Victoria Peak, known in Chinese as Tai Ping Shan, or Mountain of Great Peace. The Peak offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and harbor. You'll also visit Repulse Bay and Aberdeen Fishing Village. Later, stop at the famous Stanley Market for shopping bargains galore. The afternoon is free to explore on your own. (Breakfast)
- Day 15 - Hong Kong: Spend the day at leisure. Our Club representative can arrange a variety of full-day optional tours to enhance your visit. Take an optional tour of Macau, a 16th century Portuguese spice trading post, Canton Tour or Lantau Island Tour. Or you might explore the city on your own, riding the Star Ferry across the harbour or taking the tramway to the top of Victoria Peak for the most dazzling view of Hong Kong. Visit spectacular museums, find divine inspiration at a Buddhist temple, experience the bustle of a Hong Kong open market and feast at one of the nearly 10,000 restaurants, offering a variety of authentic Chinese cuisine - Cantonese, Shanghai, Peking, Szechuan and Chui Chow - as well as a wide array of international cuisines. (Breakfast)
- Day 16 - Hong Kong/U.S.: After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight home. Cross the International Dateline and regain the day you lost at the start of your trip. (Breakfast)
