Price for Spa Classic Package: $1276.35 double occupancy and $1447.80 single
Includes:

  • Hotel accommodations for seven nights, including 17% hotel taxes and 10% service charges.
  • All meals, either Mexican/continental or Spa Cuisine.
  • Spa Package Prices above include:
    • Spa package includes use of all facilities plus organic treatments as follows: 6 weight loss massages, 3 facials with reflexology foot massages, 2 hair and nail treatments, 1 hair styling, 1 manicure, 1 pedicure, 1 loofah salt scrub, 1 fango mud treatment. Also 3 golf or tennis lessons, 6 guided morning walks with juice/coffee first, 4 aerobic classes, 3 yoga classes, 4 pilates classes, 5 aquatic classes, and orientation upon arrival. Treatments are organic. Classes vary and also include zumba and salsa aerobics.
    • Ixtapan has other packages including a Golf package at $1231.90 double and $1210.95 single, includes use of all facilities plus 1 reflexology/Shiatsu massage, 2 deep tissue sport massages, 2 facials with reflexology foot massages, 1 loofah salt scrub, 1 fango mud treatment, 4 18-hole greens fees (cart and caddy additional).
  • Medical supervision available with English speaking doctor.

  • Roundtrip airport/hotel transportation. To help you share costs on transfers, we suggest you arrive in Mexico City’s Benito Juarez International Airport MEX) no later than 3PM on arrival day and make your return flights no earlier than 12:30PM on your last day. (Transfer prices for 1-4 persons are: $340 r/t,  so sharing with other Club members might save you).  Transfers are from Toluca Airport $170 r/t.  (TLC) and a new Mexican Airline: Volaris services TLC from California.

Tour Highlights

Ixtapan de la Sal is a four-star Spa/Resort with 220 rooms, located  65 miles from the Mexico City  at 5400 feet in clear mountain air. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the Spa has an 18-hole golf course, 2 pools,, lighted tennis, a modern gym, movie theater and more. The food, both Spa, continental and  Mexican cuisine, is excellent and the water supply is purified. Bottled water is also available for all guests free of charge.

There are optional tours to Cuernavaca, archaeological ruins and caves, and to Taxco, known as the silver capital of the world. Explore quaint, cobblestone streets, colonial architecture, and the famous Santa Prisca Cathedral. Visit some of the more than 500 silver studios, which sell refined art and bargain jewelry. A club favorite is Andres Fine Art, which sells up market and antique silver.

Beyond the resort, a short stroll will take you to the center of serene Ixtapan de la Sal, an authentic family town, typical of the region. You'll find it bustling with life and full of color, offering quaint vistas and charming walks. Visit the outdoor markets, or discover your favorite artisan shop for pottery and many other handicrafts.
