Your Flight SchedulesArrival Flights – We suggest that you pick a flight to arrive Mexico City before 1:00 PM. By the time you have claimed your luggage and gone through customs and immigration, there is time to have lunch at one of the airport cafes and to exchange some money. We will regroup at 3:00 PM just outside the immigration area for the 2 hour ride to the resort. Our experience shows that by the time we arrive at the hotel, rooms will be ready and check-in will go smoothly. For all others who arrive at different times, we will try to group you to avoid the surcharge for “less than minimum” in the car. Departure Flights – We suggest a return flight that departs Mexico City about 1:00 PM or later. Transfer time needed is 4 hours prior to flight time to allow for the 2 hour ride and 2 hour international check-in. Our group transfer will depart the hotel at about 9:00 AM. For those leaving on later flights, we will let you know how many others might be on the same schedule to allow you a later departure if there are enough to group together without a surcharge.
